Voltas Vcare Plus: A Mobile App for In-House Technicians

Voltas UPBG has launched a new mobile application called Voltas Vcare Plus, designed exclusively for in-house technicians. This app offers several features to make the technician's job easier and more efficient. One of its most significant features is the Serial Number Barcode Scan, which enables the technician to scan the barcode and check the online DOP of the serial number. In addition, the app allows the technician to capture photos of the serial number, invoice, and parts, as well as identify gas leak positions.

Voltas Vcare Plus also offers several other features such as the ability to close non-part calls, select an agreement number, capture the customer's digital signature, and record closure codes (happy or unhappy). The app also includes PM schedule checks, labor rate charts, and BOM lists with part prices. Furthermore, technicians can use the app to capture attendance. This app is exclusively available for Android version 5.0 and above, and it requires a user ID and password set for technicians in Voltas UPBG CRM. It's important to note that this is an internal/in-house app and not a consumer app.
